Global teams operated across time zones with fragmented workflows, creating delivery risk, billing complexity and resourcing inefficiencies.

• Centralized timelines and workflows using Microsoft Teams
• Standardized staffing and billing processes by acting as the liaison for creative, account and finance teams
• Created visibility into dependencies and risks before they impacted delivery
