What Was The Problem?

• Growing operational complexity across teams in the U.S., Tel Aviv and the Philippines
So Here’s What I Did:
• Designed onboarding programs for project management, creative and paid media teams
• Implemented structured resourcing and scheduling workflows in Asana
• Analyzed time tracking and spend data to inform staffing and monthly budgeting decisions
• Created repeatable operational processes to support growth
