Building a Digital Media Brand From the Ground Up at All Things Baseball

Some Context:

I launched and scaled an independent digital media brand across YouTube, podcast platforms and social channels with no existing infrastructure.

What Was The Problem?

Without structure, content creation was unsustainable. There was no production system, inconsistent distribution and no feedback loop between performance data and content decisions.

So Here's What I Did:

• Designed a production system covering ideation to promotion
• Established a release cadence across all major platforms
• Implemented analytics tracking to guide content strategy

The Results!

• Grew YouTube to over 15,000 subscribers in the first year
• Built a sustainable content pipeline to increase engagement
• Used performance data to refine formats and topics over time
